Cancellation Policy

Dear clients, I understand emergencies and change of plans happen, but please be aware that our time with everyone is precious and that we need a MINIMUM of 48hrs notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and mandatory to secure all appointments and will be added towards your total service price, in the case of a rescheduling after 48hrs of the appointment the deposit will be kept and a new deposit will will be required to reschedule. No shows or last minute cancellations will be charged a late fee which is 50% of the appointment price on top of the deposit paid. Our time and services are Not Refundable.
