Consultation - First Time Clients
Service Description
This phone call consultation is for our first time clients/new clients to determine if they are a good candidate for permanant makeup. It is also for clients who would like to get corrective work done by us, and for us to determine their eligibility. In this consultation we will go over all the details that involve this procedure.
Cancellation Policy
Dear clients, I understand emergencies and change of plans happen, but please be aware that our time with everyone is precious and that we need a MINIMUM of 48hrs notice for cancellations and rescheduling. Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and mandatory to secure all appointments and will be added towards your total service price, in the case of a rescheduling after 48hrs of the appointment the deposit will be kept and a new deposit will will be required to reschedule. No shows or last minute cancellations will be charged a late fee which is 50% of the appointment price on top of the deposit paid. Our time and services are Not Refundable.
